Thomas recently joined Wireless 20/20 as a Senior Advisor, working with our software team in Yerevan. In this role, Thomas guides the evolution of our SAS architecture, leveraging AI and globalizing our broadband and wireless offerings.
Prior to joining Wireless 20/20 from 2007 to 2024 Thomas was the Chief Information Officer of VivaCell, the leading wireless telecom operator in Armenia, that became Viva-MTS as the Armenian subsidiary of the Russian mobile operator MTS.
Prior joining Viva-MTS, in 1999 he has co-founded DC Soft which in very short period became one of the leading Lebanese software development companies specializing in billing systems solutions to Internet Service Providers and telecom operators.
His focus is always on business results. Time to market and organizational agility are the hallmarks of his characteristics which comprise the core of the IT strategy. He specializes on driving innovative solutions into all customer interactions.
Thomas holds a Master’s of Science degree in Information Systems with specialization in big data analytics from the University of Salford, Manchester, United Kingdom. He is actively involved in angel investments in startups, contributing his experience and knowledge.
He is the founder and past-president of PMI (Project Management Institute) Armenia Chapter, which promotes project management and agile practices in Armenia.
